you might always try #friends-of-freedom at Freenode.
You will meet some of us there (traveler, huggy-the-ex-canci, biotube, mharrison, me myself and some others too.). No problem to speak bout refracta there.
The #debianuserforums is usually silent, and a bit more with a given subject.
So i herd u liek mudkip?

Anyone is up to the task to set up one?

I for one talk everywhere about everything. :oops:
But a channel where one can talk about refracta _and be sure to not disturb others would be nice.
