There is one type of Debian Mirror archive URL with the new Debian GeoMirror capability.

http://httpredir.debian.org/debian <-- use this one
http://http.debian.net/ <-- or this one

http://cdn.debian.net/ deprecated

http://<country>.<arch>.mirror.debian.net/ deprecated

http://<arch>-geomirror.debian.net/ deprecated

Most versions of Refracta released in the last few years use cdn.debian.net in the sources.list. A few releases contained lcs.mit.edu, which has changed. In either case, you need to fix it.

I just tried to install a package, and I got an 'untrusted packages' warning, so I checked sources.list and changed it from cdn.debian.net to a correct local mirror. Updated and installed packages normally. I'm just wondering where I got connected to that wanted to give me something. Probably just being unnecessarily paranoid. Anyway, fix your sources.list if you haven't already done so.
