(Solved)Date & Time . Streng but true

Hi,
On my computer,is the date(year-mound-day)okay , but the time (Only Hour) is one hour early.
Streng ;what did I wrong? What cac I do to set Hour , one hour later?
Help.please HELP!

I would try this to reset the time,

sudo dpkg-reconfigure tzdata
or, as root
# dpkg-reconfigure tzdata
