remove spaces in file names

Hi,
Can you share the script that you use in the file manager to remove spaces in file names? :D

It's not a script; it's a thunar custom action. In Thunar, go to Edit -> Configure custom actions -> Remove Spaces, and then click on the edit icon if you want to change it. The command is

rename 's/ /_/g' %N


That's a trimmed-down version of a custom action I found in a thread at forums.debian.net called "Post your thunar custom actions here" or something like that. The original also removed special characters. LOTS of good ideas in that thread.
